This site has a script (ASP.NET) that will scan the RSS feed and display the last 10 items from the feed. It currently only displays the Title and Link on the page, but it can be changed to show more. I still had a small list of items I wanted to tweak, but they were all minor (like adding more to the homepage).

Adsense is low - Around $7 for the last month. No other monetization has been added.

Visitors stats are off. Google Analytics says about 3 visitors a day, while Adsense says I am getting about 50 Ad impressions a day.

I am selling because I have had the site up for a month now, and I just haven't had any time to make the changes I wanted to make. Too many sites, not enough time.

Revenue is $5.83 last month, $4.60 this month. $10.00 for 2 months, so BIN is now $60 (12x Revenue).

Script is custom. Written in VB.NET. You just put in the url of the feed, and then tweak the code to change what is displayed. The site probably should be have one page with a parameter (the feed url) passed to it, but I wanted to have pages for each feed.

If you need any help with the code, I will be happy to assist with changing it.
