Dead Link Checker

My boss has asked me to look into link checking programs/sites that will scurry through our site with no limitations and report any bad links internal or external comprehensively.

Has anyone got suggestions based on previous experience/recommendations, we are basically looking for the best program available whether it is free or not.

I only used Xenu Link Sleuth at http://home.snafu.de/tilman/xenulink.html and was happy with it.

 

This is also a good one. http://www.dead-links.com/ . Shows any redirects and 404 also.

I'll have a go with it later. Was that 1.2G file? I must be seeing things!

 

1.2g is the Version. Just downloaded the file. It is only 533 Kb
