    when logging into CJ account. I gets this message -

    Our records indicate that your account has been deactivated.

    anyone knows why I am getting this message?

    It could be because of two reasons, either you didn't make any sales within 6 months or you didn't log in within a certain amount of time. I can't remember exactly the time but I think it's 1 month.
