De-Indexed But Being Crawled

Hi my domains was de-indexed from google but i still am being crawled daily and my site map is still being downloaded by google.

I read on the internet that if i was banned i would not have page rank but i am page rank 2.

Can anybody tell me why i could be de-indexed but still being crawled daily without being re-indexed for some time now ow.

 

They crawl to check if they should include you again. Fix your site and get re-included.
