Days off...

I know there are a lot of people who work on their websites full time here, and I was just wondering if you take any scheduled downtime. (eg. do you take the weekends etc?)

 

Sometimes but not often. Our users don't seem to appreciate people need downtime.

 

scheduled downtime should be minimized like 1 minute to reboot a server or a switch not longer.

 

No one was speaking of "Server" downtime. I believe he means personal downtime to avoid the burnout .

 

damn i should take some personal downtime.... LOL

 

i take out time when needed. but can cover when free.

 

Why take time off when you can be working?

 

that why working with partners is so great you can cover each other when one is away
