Another site that I built but never did anything with. Aged almost a year, in good standing with Google. All articles are unique and well written. Video on front page is custom.

As for income: I put up adsense for a while but took it down because I never pushed the site and would rather it age ad free.

Traffic, expect little to none as again, I have never tried to build it. You can see stats here.

Should be very easy to rank with a little love.

Free push to Godaddy account. Buyer to cover all charges for going to any other.

Buyer will given access to FTP download files off server and emailed a copy of the DP.
