In CB Marketing place, it was the top gravity (601.36) in business category and commission $47.18. Just wonder any one make sales with this affiliate and earn money? I had try to promote it and getting some click but no sales yet.

If yes, what is your technique to promote this e-book?

I haven't tried day job killer but I've heard that the return rate is quite high, over 25%.

Try it out for a few days. You never know until you try. If it doesn't work out check out my sig link. Kyle & Carson are great affiliate coaches!

DJK has a lot of things. I bought it, read it, etc.

-Lots of hype (just look at the sales copy and all his follow-up emails).
-Lots of followers (aka, high gravity).
    -Lots of sales (obviously)
-Lots of opportunities. The things he lists aren't really groundbreaking, like OMG I can just put some code up and make mad cash$$ tomorrow, but if you look at what he's saying carefully, he's just using proven tactics in slightly new & different ways to leverage consistent sales.
-Lots of returns. I'm guessing these were from people who bought it, didn't want to take the time to try out the methods, were looking for more, and wanted their cash back.

As I said - while I think it is a bit over-hyped, I think it is also a bit under-appreciated. There are some solid techniques in there - I've used some of them to make me some money already, whereas I would not have considered them before.

Few of the techniques are quick-fix type of things, which is interesting, because it seems like lots of people are both looking for a "get-rich-quick" kind of thing that works really well while being afraid to buy into things that promise get-rich-quick success.

Anyhow, I digress. It's a good read, with some solid money to be made, like anything on the internet, if you put the time into to succeed.

Thanks for sharing your reading with DJK. I believe all skills will be practical and able to make decent of income. Just depend how you use and whether you like to use it. Since it's still new and price a bit high, will wait for price drop and buy 1 for reading.:)

I bet if you gave it a chance, it would make some money. My problem was that I didn't want to start pushing it during the initial tsunami of people scrambling to sell it when it "hit the shelves" so to speak.

Now that the wave has died down, I'm sure there's still room in the water (ad prices have hopefully dropped on keywords).

I bought it, read it as well and I agree with Telmari. Nothing in the guide is really earth shattering, but it does focus on some key points that most are probably completely oblivious to in the business.

For that reason alone I would sell it and it would probably sell itself. The problem is that it's still a bit pricey for most. :D

How well did that guide convert for you? At a comission reward of $47.18, you can pay depending on the convert, say its 2% then each click is worth 94 cents to break even. At 1% its 47 cents. To have a favorable ROI, you must pay less for keywords than the convert rate. The less you pay for keywords, the more profit but also the less customers. Its hard to find a balance but im going for 15 cents a click, what are others going for?

I wouldn't like to promote something that every Dick, Tom and Harry promotes. IM products on CB generally suck because everyone uses his own affiliate link to buy them.

well, if you can be sure of one thing, it's that the vendor made a lot of money from it.

It is good to do lot research before promoting the e-book. That's much better ready the e-book and write some review and create a landing page. But, it may not practical to buy all e-book which you like to promote isn't it. So, beside research by reading the e-book, what more can do to promoting a e-book like DJK?

Very high gravity == Affiliate competition

If you are promoting this offer using arbitrage techniques then probably you are not in the right way as it is obvious that more people are promoting them, so the keywords are more expensive, and the audience may have seen this product many times from other promoters.

601 is nothing compared to what it was. On the first week it was on top with a gravity of 900+.

I've made some sales, but the product is over hyped and it's doesn't worth $97 in my opinion.

I liked Day Job Killer but didn't think it was worth $97 either. Won't be promoting it as I prefer to promote products with lower gravity as there's less competition

I wonder how many copies it has sold. That's a pretty crazy gravity.

    Cheers,
