Anyone know where I can get a media contact (to purchase advertising)for these search engines, preferably one that speaks English?

Just both of the Korean ones. It would help to have an english translator:

we would like to set up ADs in Naver or Daum and we asked our Korean translator to contact them and according to her, they don't allow foreign companies to set up AD to reduce any risk of damages or fraud. And there's no other way to set any kind of ad. This rule applies to both Naver and Daum. Is this true?

I'm a bit confused because we can register our website which our translator did already. So if that is okay with them, why we cannot advertise our ADs?
