Im looking for any general advise , to gain higher placings mostly in google, I have my site page 1 google uk and just coming page1 google.com but how do I gain higher places on the Euroean googles such as google it, using for example russian brides as a main key word?

Get targeted links from the relevant websites hosted and targeting the same country where you are trying to target.

For geotargetting, Google mainly looks at the TLD and host IP. I'd recommend setting up regional feeder sites hosted in the countries you are targetting. .it for Italy, .fr for France etc. A site written in Italian will also naturally get a higher ranking on Google.it so invest in a translator.

For a more sophisticated solution you can try IP delivery and several other high end tricks (such as redirect according to the default language of the visitors computer) to send visitors and bots to country specific pages on your regular site.

Before anybody panics at the mention of of IP delivery, Google does NOT consider it to be cloaking if you are showing the same content to Googlebot that regular visitors see.
