    The template, the page layout, and the ad placement is nice however, I think
    you could add another color into the color scheme.

    The front page is very inviting. I like the latest visitors and new members block with all the images. In the country drop down menu it seems like every country is listed on here. Do you have a specific geographical area in mind?

    It isn't bad. I like the way how it is extremely clean. Maybe a different banner but that is all. The page loads quick and it's easy to find what you want. good job:)

    The Person title looks Derson, due to the font style; try with some other best font for that. And also add some graphics design in the home page.
