hey guys, i just like to say that my dating site is coming along good. now what i have done is basically taken some stuff off of other sites that are programmed in asp.net and edited in my own way so it can fit my dating site. now those ppl's sites were programmed in asp.net but i cut and pasted a few things and pasted them into just simple html. i guess what im trying to ask or say, is what is the difference between html or asp.net? can someone enlighten me?
ASP.net, is a dynamic web language, designed to run on a server, it was created by Microsoft 7 years ago. Html , is a static web language, used to display web pages. it requers no server. Most likely your pages will need a combination of both just like php and html, PHP does the legwork, and html displays the results.
