    The domain expires in May 2011 so, in case you keep it at name.com I can push it to your account and you get 9 months or registration for free
    Niche: Dating.
    CMS: Wordpress 3.0
    Indexed pages: 94
    Registered since 2007
    8 unique articles (5 purchased from a DigitalPoint member and 3 written by me)
    Feedburner feed will be pushed to your account ( it's integrated in the theme so, if you don't want to have to go and edit the theme in a couple places, it's the quickest thing to do ).
    The website gets 10 - 20 unique visitors per day, it made € 7.02 from adsense in the last year.
    Adsense has been removed before listing it for sale but I left ads placeholders in the template case you want to run adsense on it.

    It's the only site I have in the dating niche and I don't have time to work on it, so here's why I'm selling it. If you are in the dating niche or are planning to build a site in such niche, this is a steal!
