    I am selling a website and domain I have owned since 2008 (13 years). It is a short domain name and easy to remember. K3N.net (Ken's Relationship Advice).

    It is a relationship and dating blog, easy to manage and run.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No Social media accounts are used

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Not much, just takes a post every week or two to create and share.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    None so far, but adding in marketing with Social media would definitely help increase exposure.
