Selling Dating niche website [ Monetizez with adsense and clickbank]

Igniteyourlove.net is a dating related website with all unique content on it. ALL the posts on the website have keywords that pull in traffic. I've done a good amount of keyword research in order to gain maximum amount of traffic, but i am falling short of capital to get the backlinks done which is why the website isn't doing as well as i expected. However, if you get someone to do backlinking for you, you will find that the site will rank fairly easily. The website has a good internal structure that compells readers to continue reading other posts. The website has 45 pages- all unique content. I've already installed enough plugins on it, so you won't have to install anything else. I even get about 2-3 clickbank sales sometimes from the website. In simple words, it's a great website and if you choose to use this website to review dating related products, you will be at a great advantage, since similar articles will be pointing back to your webpage. lolz, yeah! Some of the posts on the site were written in a haste, but then again they do count seo wise. I mean if you look at some of the article on e-zinearticles, you'll notice a lot of crap over there as well. It's a site that i didn't put a lot of effort into, but it still got potential!

hey bud, the earning isn't stable at $15 is just varies a lot. Sometimes, i get loads of visitors from twitter, facebook, social bookmarking sites etc and makes 10-15. but sometimes it just doesn't make more than 5-7 bucks. I am open to a fair negotiation for the website.

Even if its earning 5 dollars a month, can you post or PM printscreens of last 3 months income.

Bro, there's no way i can prove that it makes a consistent amount of money, cos the earning really isn't consistent. This month i might make 5$ with adsense and the next month i might not be able to make anything from adsense, but i might make a sale or two from clickbank, which is why i am not posting any proof of revenue. For now you can assume that it makes a couple of dollars here and there or you can even think that it's making nothing, but if you know how to use the website, you should be able to make a good amount of money per month. If you point 30-40 links to different review pages that you own, they should be able to rank 1 on google with very little effort, but if you are just stuck on the 5$ income than this site might not be for you!

 

This might sound offending but arichatz you seriously don't know how to make the best use of resources.

 

I'm not offended at all. You're completely right. I have this crazy idea about paying 7/8 times monthly revenue for sites and always asking for proof before handing over cash. I would obviously be putting my financial resources to far better use by basing my puchases on unproven income and poorly written content. Are you putting your website portfolio to best use by insulting potential customers who have the audacity to ask for proof because they do not take your perfect i trader as evidence enough?

you know arichatz, you are so stuck up on the $5 - $10 that the website makes per month, just because you don't see the potential that the site has seowise. May be i'll just keep the site and use it to boost my review pages. Lolz, that you wanted to earn 5$ per month.
