Date in SERP

    I am running a WP blog and after the post was indexed I see a date before the description in SERP:

    "9 Dec 2009 ..."

    How do I get rid of it?

    you cant do that because it is in the hands of search engines. as your page crawling date is not deleted in the same way your posting date is also not been deleted from SERP.

    Yeah date will be always be there.
