Datasoftsystem PR4 Directory free submission

    datasoftsystem added it's own thumbnail system for the websites directory (blogs directory and mobi directory thumbnail system will come soon ),

    the directory is still free to submit your links :)

    TvDomain - rootinbash makes a valid point - free submission means nothing is required when you submit. You require a recipricol link (which has value) and it's therefore not free.

    Infact you don't have free submissions, you have reciprical and paid options.

    You might like to check your code. I went to cycling and clicked on suggest url and the script didn't register the category I had come from.

    You also have a big, big problem with the redirects - people should only be paying for SEO friendly links and yours aren't. [more]

    the reciprocal link i am offering is free service what i mean is you can browse any of the paid directories in the NET and you will find reciprocal LINK + FEE :) i think you saw that before somewhere , datasoftsystem was free without reciprocals links before now with reciprocals link and it is free i hope you see my point

    about the code you posted it all about time so soon will code new system for statistics and i will change the linking , even tho the robots makes it's way to the website with that code you motioned because i monitor all the hits and where they come from and if they are successfully made it to the website including robots if there is problems with the ?= as not friendly link , i don't think google would find them and index them then scroll down when you click on the example click here

    you will find alot of link that have ?= were indexed.

    but as i said to make people happy i will do the htaccess coding soon and change the statistic scripts :)

    Ok, but people can't mind read and you should state upfront what changes are pending. The only ones you mentioned were the thumbnails. This is important because I may like the changes you are planning, but equally I may not like them and that may impact on the desirability of your site.

    Disreputable robots may well be making it to the sites however in the example I gave

    http://www.datasoftsystem.com/cgi-bin/redirect-website.php?url=http://www.cyclingteam.info

    and a 302 redirect just doesn't cut it.

    As for the search engines making it to the next site - you know full well they don't as your robots.txt actively blocks the bots from going anywhere near those redirects!
    And Google has the final say: http://www.google.com/search?q=link:cyclingteam.info+-site:cyclingteam.info by not showing you as a backlink for the site

    i have changed the linking to the websites now it is direct links and did some optimisation and SEO which was planed before i was just waiting until i finish the statistic scripts and some more features but it was mentioned in other posts so it is done :)
