[Datalife Engine CMS] Can't submit, view article when SEO function is enabled.

    Hi all,

    As mentioned in the title, when SEO function is enabled If I click on addnew or want to view an article, it always reload the page.

    I've tried add 
    RewriteBase /
    Code (markup):
    in .htaccess but it doesn't work. It led me crazy 3 days. Hope everyone can help me out this case.
