    Hi guys,

I am trying to build a price comparison site www.pricecomparison.im

I go to import datafeeds from www.affiliatewindow.com and they look shockingly bad! If you go to the site at the moment all I get is a bunch of posts with no pictures or descriptions or anything.

I am a noobie at data feeds I am wondering If anybody could tell me how to do this step by step successfully or if someone could offer a helping hand to which I could throw a few dollars at you.

    Please help :)

    Thanks

Most if not all datafeeds produced by companies are notoriously bad with incorrect data, missing links and images. You will have to do a lot of data cleaning and de-duplication if you are going to set up a comparison site, it will then require a lot of ongoing work to keep the data up to date.

You will most likely need some software to automate this or at lest a DB application to allow you to run queries on the data to clean it up.

All in all quite a big investment in time.
