Buying databse move and cron job change needed

    I am moving host and replacing an old oscommerce site with a new zen cart site.

    What I need is:

    > the database copying across from the old host to the new and re-integrated so that all content is accessible through the new store (customer accounts and product catalogue).

    > the existing cron job in use with oscommerce transfered across and altered if necessary to work with the new store.
