Database scan

Is it possible to scan a MySQL database to find malware? I've been infected with the decode base 64 issue that a few other people on the forum have been hit with and I want to make sure that I can go through my database to ensure it's clean.

Any thoughts or ideas would be most appreciated.

Not sure I'm looking for the same thing, In the mean time you could export your database and manually search through it in wordpad looking for keywords such as "eval" with find.

I thought this was an injection into the PHP code not the DB?
