    Which database is best?
    Microsoft Access?
    Microsoft SQL Server?
    mySQl?
    Oracle?

Note:My website is based on Advertisement website (20 Cities, 50 Products Categories)

Either MSSQL or MySQL, whichever your most comfortable with. Both run well on windows. MSSQL integrates better with ASP, but it also gets expensive if you need to move beyond the express version.

Yup, MS SQL and mySQL will work with asp classic. Most hosts have mySQL as a free option as well.
