Database connection

    Good day I have encountered this problem after uploading my script in my remote server.

    2008-11-20 14:44
    Fatal error : Could not connect to database !
    Please check your settings in the file datas/config.php
    MySQL error : Access denied for user 'xtremete_portal'@'boscgi0501.eigbox.net' (using password: YES)

    Im sure that I have set the correct configuration to connect to database. How can I resolve this? Please help.

    Are you sure that the user is allowed to connect from boscgi0501.eigbox.net?

    Hi,

    The error shows that the password for the user is not correct.
    Try resetting the password for this user.
