What data are you talking about? If you are talking about user data, selling their emails without their knowledge or their info, then I am fairly sure it's illegal even in Balkans.
No, Im talking about metadata (what they visit, what they clicked). I hear that RTB market buys that data, so I was wandering how, to who and where to sell it.
Well in that case it's okay. Though not sure if anyone will be interested unless you have a huge amounts of data to be honest.

Depends on the time period. I personally do not have any experience with data selling. Would be hard, if not impossible, to find buyers for this.
