Greetings, We are starting a new cloud web hosting service and wish to build a Knowledgebase within the WHMCS software we have. All you need to do is make the sections, plug in the titles and content. You also need to research the topics which will be standartd "How Do I" and "Why Doesn't This Work" etc. Anything hosting related. Topics can range from cPanel to Plesk to Email to FTP to anything. All you need to do is find a bunch of hosts that already have detailed knowledgebases and copy them (whilst rewording of course!).
