Data Recovery Software - "Drive is not formatted. Do you want to format it now?"

Hi guys i need your help me please suggest asap what can i do to fix this problem

I had IDE hard disk and all my data was saved in that hard disk but I've got a new system where i got sata hard disk and then i connected both hard disk through sata to IDE cable, i got all drive's data except one drive and this drive is really very important for me because i had stored all webs related in this drive and when i try to open this drive i get this error msg:

now please suggest me what is the solution and how can i access my drive? Should i need to get any data recovery software or what?

and if i need to get any data recovery software then please suggest me which is the best data recovery software.

Note: If you are going to suggest me any data recovery software then please only those people suggest me who got the same issue and you fixed this issue with a data recovery software, it would be really very appreciated

since you did NOT re-format that data-containing drive
all data are supposed to be on the drive as before
hence
use the SAME drive with a system comparable to your previous system and safe all data as usual

there should be NO need for any recovery software since you did NOT reformat/delete the data
3.
if you need more help, then you need to be MUCH more specific and tell at least the details of OS BEFORE and now as well as filesystem type of original data

If the error message "Drive is not formatted" poss up, it means that your hard drive becomes raw and there is something wrong with your boot sector.
