Data Protection Act

    Hi,

    I plan to set up a forum thats based in the UK. Could anyone tell me whether I'd need to register under the Data Protection Act to run the site.

    Even though it would be primaraly a UK site is there any other laws I'd need to know about in regards to setting up the site.
