Buying Data Entry: Need a column of full names split into first, last...

I have a list of 1,817 names in a excel column. I need to have the names split into multiple columns.

Prefix / First Name / Middle Initial / Last Name / Suffix

Example:

Dr John J. Jones, III

would be

Dr. / John / J. / Jones / III.

Code (markup):

- I will provide the excel spreadsheet
- The names *MUST* remain in the same order- If the name does not have data for the column, leave the new column blank
- In very few cases the name will have something like "Jim Doe/Jane Doe". Leave these as is - all new columns can be left blank.
- A few names are ALL CAPITALS. These need to be properly formatted
- Prefix, Middle initial, and Suffix should be formatted in the new column with a period (.) after
