    Can you please tell me the data center of the Google Kenya. Is it the Google.co.ke ?

    I'm not sure if Kenya has their own data center, they might pull data off another one.

    You would have to do some research on the Google Data Centers, wikipedia would be a good start.

    Does that IP allow you conclude anything beyond the page being on an US server? The data could be compiled in some data-center @ an African location.

    However with countries in Africa's all facing issues (electricity & energy supply to the region is less than ideal due to economic turbulence in world and local markets) it would be in google's near-term interests to keep any critical operations in countries with more stability of energy service.
