Data add tice in the database

    Hello all..

    i'm new in this forum..
    i have this prob..when i'm adding data,it insert the same data twice in the database..
    have anyone face this and how to solve this prob? i'm quit new in this programming language..
    so i hope anyone can help me with this...

    maybe you lack of condition thats why you are inserting 2 data.

    you inserted with php script or manualy from phpmyadmin??
