Hey, have had this domain for over 2years and 4 months now. Blog is PR3 and Forums are PR4 we have around 26K members on forums with verified email ids and spam bots get banned/deleted. Forum activity has been really slow as of late. But the blog manages a decent amount of hits it was 26K uniques this month. We didn't put any adverts on the website however and I need to know if i'll be able to sell it without having to put adverts and all that and how much would I be able to get for it. If not, then please suggest what options I can go for to be able to sell it later on. Here is a little more info: we are on page1 on google for these keywords Zune Forums Zune Applications zSuite (zune app developed by us -discontinued but we still get traffic for it) Zune HD Wallpaper (/ Wallpapers) and of course Dark Zune and DarkZune ------------------------------------ the website is well known among other Zune communities, also we get around 57% of our traffic from search engines. we have 9590 backlinks The theme on the blog was coded by us and its unique.

As I mentioned above, we weren't really ever monetarily motivated in the project, so ads were never set up.
traffic+ads = revenue = more value = higher price when selling. You really should put up some well placed ads or something that'll pull in money, people these days want websites that makes money. With those monthly stats and the PR3&4 i guess you could get like low $xxxx for it.
