I don't see anything really innovative about it...google themselves redesigns their own logo depending on the season

To avoid infringement, you could spell your site Dar Kgoogle, which clearly isn't using Google .

Anway, nice site, g'luck with talking to Google once they find it.

 

I like it. The standard "white" Google is outdated and boring. Googleheads take note.

 

I honestly doubt they are going to sue you because you created a darker version of their website. That would be pretty retarded.

 

It seems down to me. You aren't going to get sued by google.
