    Why are you selling this site?
    I do not have the time to run this project, I have had changes to personal life recently that will take up time.

    How is it monetized?
    Domain has plenty of backlinks and huge potential to bring big traffic. It has paid memberships set in place and also with no work to promote has received good hits from search engines.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Not currently but can be made.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    The longer you put in, the more you will gain.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    None, It is a simple enough forum niche to run but could always be changed to any niche as the domain could work for plenty of niches.
