Dark or bright color scheme?

I have plan to reduce the bounce rate on my site by changing its color scheme to be more appealing.

    From current one:
    This version

    to this:
    Brighter version

Which one do you do think is better - the darker one or the brighter one so I can start working on that.

    Any other comments are welcome.

Hey I like the brighter one, it's more neat to look at. Nice stuff you have there about pendants.

I think the lighter/brighter one is much nicer.

    The brighter version :)

It just stands out and is easy on the eyes.

I like the brighter one. Full with black color make your site look dull.

I'd go with the lighter version... black and red provokes feelings of danger!!

Lighter.. Easier on the eyes and viewers are more inclined to stay longer.

Hey, What happened? I have seen no changes in the sites you gave seems.
    Have you updated the site?
I think you had already updated it. I was late.
But i like the pendants you're selling..
    THE SNAKE symbol.
