    Hello,

what do you think about our eshop design - www.Silver.Ag/en/ (sorry no live link allowed yet).

We tried the dark design (in company´s colors) - do you like it or not? What would you change?

    Thank you for your opinion.

I don't mind it, but to be honest. A light design gives more of a sense of professionalism. It's much harder to design with dark colors. I like the top left logo a lot and would expand on those colors for the rest of the site. That's just my opinion, however

I do agree that lighter sites can look more professional, but I think some sites require a darker design in order to make them really "pop". Hense why a lot of photographers go for Black.

I think the dark theme works well in your case because it makes the products "pop", a lot more that a lighter scheme possibly would.

I'm not keep on the navy boxes on the right, they don't really blend with the rest of the site I would try either the red or Black.

The only other thing I would say is I felt that the large amount of text on the homepage makes it look a bit cluttered.

    Just my opinion :)

Thank you for your opinions. Please do not hesitate to write more, we are planning slight redesignes within few months and professional opinions will help us a lot.

We are facing lot of problems with product photographs, as jewelry is maybe to hardest thing to photograph. We have professional studio working for us and there is lot of manual retouching on photos.

What do you think about quality of photographs?

I personally like the design with a dark color but to be professional, you should use lighter colors.
If it's a personal website, it's okay to use dark colors.

    good luck.

    Hi

It's not bad, but maybe other combination of colors may help.

I think that it is way too dark. It burns my eyes. If I had jewelery related site, I would choose beige/light brown colors, to make it look royal.

Btw. you have great header and in my opinion - website should be in white colors (so header will look even better)

whole design theme is really professional, but i think you may try to make your header including search part with few design changes, others all are fine....good work
