Dangerous adsense wordpress plugins

If you use a plugin to place adsense code into your website, make sure the plugin doesn't fill any of the ads with the developers publisher ID.
I used All in One Adsense and YPN! plugin on some of my sites and that plugin showed the developer's publisher id about 10% of the time if you didn't actively fill out that you wanted to donate 0%. Best is to go through the code of the plugin an look for publisher IDs and get rid of them. Donating to developer's is fine, but not $10 a day like I was :)

Sure, but to put his ID in there 10% of the time even when you do type in yours is not normal, if you leave the donation field empty that will happen. I assumed leaving it empty meant that I was donating nothing, and I'd think most people would assume that.

I use the same plugin, you have to be wary when updating it also. I remember one update broke the donation option; resulting in a forced 10% (unless you edited the source.)

Then is better to embed adsense directly to your theme, so you can have the full control

Its better to just add the code your self then to trust a 3rd party plugin. I can see them trying to rip people off.
