Danger: Malware Ahead

    I an totally bewildered as to how to get the Danger: Malware Ahead! removed form my website. Google reviewed my website and it came back clean.
    i lost a lot of my organic traffic so far .how to remove this warning ?

    Scan all the files of your website by a good antivirus. First download your website in local and then scan. After scanning upload it again via FTP. If there any Malware that may be removed. :) Thanks
