Hi, I'm new to the whole adsense thing, and I have a pretty easy question. Is it unsafe to post my website link on other websites and forums? Would someone spam it or something and get me banned? I heard someone talking about click bombing or something like that? Thanks
You never know! Some people are afraid, but if you do certain things to prevent fraud in the first place you should be OK. If you want to protect yourself install Adlogger (Do a Google Search/Forum Search for more information) if you are worried about click bombing.
Well it could be "Danger Danger" on posting URLs in webmaster forums and yes sometimes you'll be click bombed...
Just do not spam the forums and do not click your ads, and do not tell your family about the whole adsense story and that you get $$ for clicks.... install adlogger if you like.... I think other than this no need to be more worried about this
It's best to keep your sites and URLs secret and just let the sites develop on their own. Don't be public about it and be anonymous on the face of your site.
How it is possible keeping the sites secret and get promoted automatically? You should promote your site wherever you want, but caution about where you are advertising your site, thats pretty important...
what they mean is do not advertise your site in so many places. make sure you did it on the place that you can get your potential customers to visit your site. how to prevent click bomb: 1.install adlogger. 2.report to google that you are suspect click froud from your adsense 3. keep your site secret dont tell it to anyone you knew. (they might wanna help you earn moey by help you click at your adsense, but that's a bad idea) how to find adlogger: google it. you will find tons of info where to d/l and how to install. what's click bomb: people click at your adsense banner like mad your CTR will increase too much and google will thinkm you do it on purpose to get money. then they will banned your site from adsense program.

it wont banned if your own ip click or regularly click the same ad then your ac will come on danger or else there will no problem according to me if i am wrong some one can correct it.
Actually, yes, it is HIGHLY dangerous. You should never give your website out to anyone. EVER. People = bad. If you give your website out, you will get hacked. Repeatedly. Then your whole familys social security will be over the internet for pocket change. If you meet someone and you tell them your website, chances are they are a hacker. 200% of people who know your website are hackers. In fact, adsense is a hacker. They are trying to steal your IP address away from you and your children. You should trust no one. NO ONE I TELL YOU!
yeah, sometimes, someone may click bomb your site. But always examine the log of your website and if there is any unusual activity, report this to google immediately.
