I see this in my account today. Details here I dont know if this is old news or not. I did some search and found nothing posted before about this method of payment. Is this for all publishers or to a certain country only? Anybody else saw that tip?
They've tried this option for selected Malaysian (and a few other countries ) publisher last 6-9 months. I guess it is out of it's BETA right now.
Nice.... Not i all countries I guess.. Not for Turkey anyway.. But will there be a deduction if payment is sent via WU ?

Western Union for India is not showing yet, probably they are figuring out the legal aspects and other details.
Just checked my account and Western Union is a payment option there. What a relief for future. Go Adsense Amin, thanks for pointing that out or I would've never realized about it
Does anyone know if they apply standard WU commissions? Who pays them Google or us? Cause WU charges around $50 for $500 sent, so it can be an expensive option
I don't think there's any fees. Watch this post which is actually a reply from Adsense supports and it states that there is no fees.
@sufi Indeed.. this is better, more options. PayPal should be added to. I dont want euros now when the $ is almost worthless... At PayPal you can collect the dollars and exchange when you like.. By the way: What is payment by Western Union Quick Cash? (Google Help) Some countries.. not that much
This is really a cool, no fees, currently I pay 25$ for Secure delivery, it will be awesome if they can make it available for Indian Publishers.

i saw it earlier and now setup my adsense to send money thru WU. very nice, this is the easiest way for me to get the money
Yayyy!! Pakistan is listed but I want to know if I will be charged or not. I mean WU charges handsome amounts to the person who is sending you the money. Some of clients have used WU has a payment method and they had to pay a good $50 or something as the payment fee. Any info on that? @SUFI: I did read the AdSense support page, it doesn't say much about the fee structure (if any). If Google can pull a fees-free WU payment, that'll be SUPER COOL!!!
I should have found this earlier, Google just sent me the check via secured mail,still had to wait 3 days or more.

The only problem is that they don't send $$$$$ of above $6,000 via Western Union. Guess i'll have to stick with the check via DHL option since EFT isn't available in the Philippines yet...
