    - on 1st position on google.com for one keyword
    - on 1th page of google.com for multiple keywords (see screenshot)
    - 80 unique visits per month
    - 90 page visits per month
    - more than 50% organic traffic
    - keyword in URL
    - high CTR adsense optimized theme applied recently
    - 6 high quality plr articles included
    - on-site SEO and initial off-site SEO has been done
    - adsense is integrated just recently and there is already $1.50 revenue

    I can help the buyer with transfering the site and with future SEO tips. The domain is registered at DomainRightNow.com, the buyer will have to create account there (it's free) so I can push the domain.

    I agree different images would look better, but it is easy to change that for future site owner. I just don't have time to do image search.

    I can only offer you 10.00. I would buy the site at the BIN but the domain registar is the reason for the the bid instead of the BIN
