Dancing With Google?

My site keeps going in and out of the front page. One day on the front page and the next day my site totally disappears. This has been going on for over 4 weeks now.

    Has anyone else experience this?

I have many sites ranking and have experience a total Google slap and a Google penalty 50 for aggressive link building (I Think), but I have never seen it where my site is constantly going from page 1 to oblivion every other day.

    Can anyone explain...Is this normal?

In my opinion your blog or any other link is blocked due to any reason...because Google dancing happens only due to any black hat activity...

hmmm...I am curious to know what kind of bad links this may be...I only used article marketing backlinks so far...I have not touched the site since it has been hitting the front page and disappearing totally. In fact, it was on the front page 3 days ago ago again....and once again gone. I will have to do a deeper investigation...thanks

the moving of site in the Google is depend upon the backlink and the popularity of your page. the more you get the backlink and more your page will be visited then your page will goes up. or you can install the page rank to know your page rank give by Google for the evaluation.

I have cleared low pr back-links to get sites back on track. Then rebuild, start over very slow-smooth, and consistent as part of the restructure process. Use only high PR back-links, not quantity, but of course quality makes lot more difference today, and going forward . Adding posts helps a bit, certainly all unique content, as simple as 1 per week is fine.
Eventually your sites will be reclassified by G, and rank will stabilize, however it takes a load of patience, and time.

Recently there was a Google Page Rank update and probably this affected your positioning in the searches on google.
