I think for signature you need to make some xx amount of posts, I think its 25 or 10. Please read the FAQ
yeah you have to wait untill you have been a member for a certain ammount of days untill you can add links to your signature to stop spammers just signing up just for signature links i guess, good luck and welcome to DP
