    You are able to login to IDNRS.com and you are free to move your domain without any trouble. Please note this will depend upon Resellerclub when to release your domain as they are the Registrar.

    we have no problem by your cheap comments. We have very satisfied customers even in present sad situation also.
    then move to another host. why to bother us?
    we are terminating your hosting account and if you have claimed domain name renewal refund also, then legally domain does not belong to you, it is our property.
    you have said that you already got your money back.
    please do not bother about us and our clients, they are very happy even in this worst period.
    none of your concern now, YOU HAVE GOT MONEY BACK, your website will be deleted immediatelly once server is online.
    YOU HAVE TAKEN REFUND, SO THE DOMAIN IS NO MORE YOUR PROPERTY.

    Please note OP has got the refund for his 3 years domain renewal and hosting with us; hence domain is no more his property and we can delete his hosting account.
    No more discussion on this issue from our side ... we are taking the possession of that domain and deleting his website from our server.
    We do not care, if keeps on posting and writing.

    When I login to change DNS, I get this error message - but I login automatically so you must have suspended the account?

    We are glad not to be your customer, as you offer the worst web hosting service on the internet.

    We have even passed the matter to our attorneys who operate internationally to recover the financial loss as you have killed our web site that targeted a specific niche and is at #1 spot they will recover all costs incured due to your lies, fraud and scam.

    Will you refund annual hosting amount, once customer has used 10 months of services already?
    Will you refund 3 years domain registration fee, once customer has enjoyed 10 moths already and will you release the domain for free and by paying from your own pocket?

    If the answer is YES, please make this guy your customer and have a nice time !!!

    Unfortunatelly, you did not notice that he was with us for almost 2 years without a single complaint.

    If his website is down for over a week??? Sure! You better refund at least some portion of his money. How would you ever think that a week of downtime is acceptable? Like I said, it should absolutely never, ever take more than a few hours to restore accounts after a server crash. You simply move them to a new server. If you guys can't figure that out, there's something seriously wrong with your service model. You're obviously a one-server "company", or you would have moved the clients and your own site to a new server. Your own site was down for over a week, which absolutely tells me you guys only have one server.

    There's definitely nothing wrong with that, especially if you're a small company, but hopefully this will be a nice eye opener for you, and you'll put some disaster recovery plans in place. Heck, you could have even put everything on a VPS temporarily. That could have been provisioned near instantaneously. Why you chose not to do that, I haven't a clue.

    How you think that we have not accommodated the compensations?
    We have consistently maintained that we cannot disturb other servers as some scripts of these $10/year accounts were misbehaving. And it is almost impossible to locate the trouble-shooter on a shared platform.
    You are well aware that it is not so easy on shared platform to know instantly where is the trouble, when server is crashing as soon as it is online.
    It is just your guess. We are in Industry since Oct 1998

    We have clarified it already.

    You're kidding, right? It's impossible to catch a troublemaker account on a shared platform??? You guys really have a lot to learn.

    Nah, it's more than a guess. If you had more than one server, your own website wouldn't have been down for over a week. You would have at least moved your own website to another server. Surely your own site wasn't causing trouble right? Your other clients couldn't be bothered with having your own site moved to their server?

    What a joke...

    We have clarified that we were kept moving accounts from one to another server five times, and every server was crashing ... it was very difficult to locate the account creating the trouble ... this time we restored accounts one by one and rebooting the server ... finally we located the account which was consuming high CPU and memory ... we removed that and now it is fine ...

    We have already regretted to our clients and compensated them suitably for the downtime.
    THOSE, WHO HAVE GOT REFUND THROUGH THEIR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, ARE SUSPENDED.
