Selling DamnSexyWallpapers.com - Low BIN, no reserve, #1 for main KW

Hi everyone,

I'm here to sell a project of mine that I need to sell off because I am too busy with some of my other projects and I need the capital soon.

I built the site over about three to four weeks, and it is already ranking on #1 for Google for its primary KW: damn sexy wallpapers. The URLs are SEO friendly too which will help in rankings.

The main thing about this site is that there is no maintenance necessary. I have uploaded all the wallpapers and have scheduled them to be posted over the next 4 to 6 months, a few each day. All wallpapers are watermarked as well for additional free promotion.

Members can also upload wallpapers for some user-generated content.

Site can be monetized via a lot of ways. I have PopAds currently on here as well as some ClickBank ads. More possibilities could be a premium section where people need to pay per month for unique content, or through interactive dating ads.

Revenue isn't anything significant at this point - about $5 - 10.

The site runs on a unique wallpaper script that is extremely admin friendly. The admin panel is very organized and its easy to change settings. Also if you upload wallpapers, it automatically resizes it.

If you load up the site, you can see that it is very user friendly as well. AJAX search box, social buttons, comments, etc.
