The domain itself has a value of reg fee Therefore, the value of this domain only lies on the development, optimization and popularity Based from all the parameters used, granting that its earning is really $750 a month, I would say its fair value is at least $3000 to $5000
low $xx,xxx with your stats... maybe $25,000-$38,000 incorporating your stats into the appraisal.. lol... That'd be a fun site to have.. CNN.. Lolll.. ^_^
I'm not sure how you came up with that but wow, you are WAY off. Some say that you can tell the price of a site by adding 12 - 16 months of revenue to get a very rough price. With this site being on CNN and still having great potential, i say close to $50,000 - $55,000. And lets not forget this site is ranked number 1 for "i need a job" on google. This is above sites like monster.com and careerbuilder.com. Well done DamnINeedAJob, This site has GREAT potential.
oh shocks! im sorry, I just noticed now. My appraisal is 30,000 to 50,000 and not 3000 and 5000. I messed up with the zeros
on CNN? that's pretty wild man. i'm surprised Monster hasn't bought you up simply to move you out of their way. with your popularity and rankings, i'd say $50k is very reasonable.
