Hello, am running webhosting and in last 14days I would say that over 5 people ordered for over $100-$200 ( + domain of course, which I have to pay to reseller and he don't return my money !!! )

And stupid paypal always return them money... now my question is there anyway to talk with paypal and explain them situation ? So they won't return money back to all those scamers ...

    Little PIC:

paypal protect the buyer rather than the seller. Therefore there are many scammer buyers.

Yeap for services, change payment processor, use Western Union so that the seller You will be safe. Pay Pal is dangerous for sellers of services.

why dont you just get a LEGITIMATE merchant account?

DON'T get into the habbit of using western union.... MOST SCAMMERS USE THIS.

also... paypal don't always protect buyers....

bought 3 computers a couple years ago from this guy who sent me:

1 "computer case" with EMPTY components
1 computer that was "NOT" as advertised
1 computer that was 80% of what was advertised

I explained to paypal... and they told me they can't do nothing. They came up with some other B.S.
Told me some crap to take it up with the local authorities.

If you think this is bad....

We had people ship us EMPTY boxes before...

    :)

Hello moneydude, My suggestions to you
    1) Use phone verification for order more than 100$ or 200$.
    2) Process all orders manually.
    2) Check the signup information with the IP. Scammer may have used proxy and given.
    4) Don't sell domain to new customers.
    5) Monitor your servers constantly. Your hosting might have been used for sending spam email or hosted any phishing site.

I hope my suggestions will help you.

To avoid Paypal scam, you need to switch over to a new payment processor. May be Liberty Reserve could help.

If you buy/sell for serious prices, you should DEMAND a service like Moneybookers or Escrow....
