Whats up with this new big ass fat "Ads by Google" logo they are using? Its really disgusting and takes up so much space and puts your eyes right on it! It was so much beter wit the old text based small font "Ads by google" even when it sometimes said "gooooogle".... :S ACK

Yeah, I have to agree. It seems like they really want to draw attention to Google. However, I still get some of the old ads appearing on my site, so it's not all bad.

I think if you make it so that it says "advertise on this site" it will become a small logo again but it will have that text as well.

possibly to make it harder to hide the ads by google logo, and also to increase google's exposure as not enough people know about them :)

You can just work with the logo user the same image style text for your main text (such as "navigation" and so on)

You shouldn't use profane language too much :p .

Besides that, I think it is lame as well. Before it was eluded to the visitors that were not ads, which gave more of a tendency to click on them, now it is clearly visible that those are ads, and come on, who wants to click on ads?

Well they are getting a lot of competition in the advert market these day. If you dont like it use someone else. Good luck trying to find someone who doesn't slad an "Ads by XXXX" in their though!

Wasn't Google a big big big number with a lot of 000000 zeros at the end?
