Ok i just received mail like 9 hours ago
    here:
    Welcome to AdSense!

We have completed a partial review of your application. However, you will not begin to see live ads on www.iamstupid.com/ until we have fully completed our review of your site. Instead, you’ll only see blank ads, which blend in with the background of your site. Once we have completed our review, your application will be fully approved or disapproved. If approved, you’ll begin to see live ads.

Please note that as soon as ads start appearing on your site, we’ll continuously review your account for compliance with our policies. If any violations are detected, ad serving to your pages may be stopped or your account may be disapproved. If at any time you are not seeing ads appear, we recommend you sign in to your AdSense account and examine any alerts that may appear.

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    * You must implement your ad code so we can complete the review process. For help implementing ad code on Google owned APIs (e.g., YouTube), visit: https://support.google.com/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=72851.

    * Please don't click on your ads once they begin to appear, even to test them -- doing so isn't permitted by the AdSense program policies: https://www.google.com/adsense/policies.

    * You can add the AdSense code to a new page or site that complies with our program policies at any time. There's no need to inform us or apply for a new account when you do.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team

go to my Adsense Dashboard and ad a new ad unit and copy the code to blogger in places where you think visitors will get bored and leave and most important on the index page.

    login to adsense: google.com/adsense

top left click on my ads. click on "new ad unit"

give the ad a title, and choose the dimensions that suit your site.

it then gives you some code to put in your site, and your done. After its in your site you should see ads within 72 hours

Both of the method can be used. The only different is the method one is easy for you to track the earning according to the individual ads unit

Click create new ad and follow the steps from there.
Change the settings for your new ad to how you want them to be... make sure you name your ad, and just insert them into the code for your site
    and you should be set.

Going to the Adsense dashboard and creating a new ad unit requires more effort than just editing you Blog layout to include the adsense advert you desire, but the effort is definitely worth it in the long run. Creating new ads within the adsense dashboard allows you to evaluate how well the particular ad units are performing and help you generate the most revenue from your adsense account.

Just do like the post above advice u to do. Dont go into complicated grounds just yet. Just set it up simple from adsense dashboards and ad new unit and paste the code into blogger.
And then just wait, dont panic, sometimes it takes some hours till it will show up. Be patient and all will work out great

    Hope it helps
    Regards
