    thanks for your review, I just wanted to sell this domain (including the website) before.
    but, after I read the ebook 4400. I want to develop it before somebody ask to buy it.

    I'm glad that my comment is helpful. After you develop the website, you may sell it on Flippa, but try to put ads on your domains first. Adsense is a good start, so you may want to post some questions about it on the forum below.
