Has anyone any knowledge of how many bookmarks you can submit per site, per day? I have seen a lot of speculative talk but nothing that seems to have any real backup. My own purpose is to bookmark articles so they will be from variety of domains. Would appreciate some insight from anyone who has any experience!
I think the general conensus is you can submit one article to each bookmarking site once, but you should spread it out a bit and do it even less if a lot of the articles are from the same domain. The key is to make it look natural and not like automated spam.
each bookmarking site has its own rule. you just need to get familiar with it. aside from that, it will not be safe to bookmark every single page of your site/blog on a specific bookmarking site on a daily basis. some bookmarking sites will raise a flag if you do more than a few bookmarks a day. some will not even know what you are doing. you basically get familiar as you go.
As said above different bookmaking sites have different rules. I have heard that some people have got banned from digg just submitting around 30 links a day and some have done more than 50 and nothing happened. I guess you have to mix up the links what you submit and not only submit links from your site but also submit something from CNN or web pro news to make your links look more natural.
