I don't think there are unless you are a super affiliate for a particular product and you can request from the seller itself. If you only make peanuts for the seller, I don't think any seller will give you this option. Also, digital products like e-books do offer refund nowadays. 30 days will be the common payout period.
Axill pays daily for ppc. I use a ppl affiliate program with a private sponsor that pays me within 24 hours. Its the only one i know of that pays so quickly. I wouldn't give that out for free (thats more competition). I'll sell it to you if you want.
